OWNER'S ACCOMMODATION PRIVILEGES

The Waldorf Group offers owners of furnished apartments under its management (their family members or nominated guests) unique free accommodation privileges for up to 45 days a year.

There are two owner's accommodation privileges options:

Waldorf Accommodation Exchange:
Accommodation in any of the 28 Waldorf Australia or New Zealand serviced apartments or apartment hotel locations.

The arrangement is based on trading the income from your apartment for days or weeks in a similar sized Waldorf apartment.

The arrangement is subject to availability and does not include peak time accommodation. A reservation fee of A$25 will be charge to owners account on reservation. Optional charges including telephone, internet and food & beverage will be charged to your account. On departure a cleaning fee will be also charged to your account.

Waldorf & RCI Pacific Accommodation Exchange:
RCI, the world largest holiday exchange company, in conjunction with Waldorf Australia & NZ offer furnished apartment owners under Waldorf management an opportunity to exchange weeks of holiday accommodation in RCI’s 3800 resorts in 100 countries. Waldorf owners can join RCI Pacific for a one time fee of A$198 (NZ$190) for a 3 years membership and deposit 2 or more weeks of your apartment rental for exchange. Additional exchange fees are payable to RCI for each exchange and the deposit of peak time weeks into the RCI Pacific pool is not allowed.

All reservations and inquiries have to be made directly via your Waldorf location manager. These accommodation privileges are suitable for both holiday and business travellers and are amiable only to owners of furnished apartments under the Waldorf Management
